It makes him smile, the way she mimes zipping her lips and he thinks if he were going to spend his day doing something other than drinking, this is a hell of an improvement. She's pretty, she's a hell of a lot smarter than he is, their conversation hasn't been difficult, despite the fact that she's smarter than he is. It's been a long time since Hopper has met anyone new, but these days it seems to be all he's doing.
