"Hell, she can handle it," he says as he leads them out and locks the door. The only car Hopper has access to is the cruiser, but Beverly hasn't seemed to mind so far, he doesn't think it's the worst thing in the world. Better than asking them to go for this kind of day out and then force them all onto the bus.

"Besides, I've got the keys to the car," he points out when they're down by the cruiser, dangling them from his fingers with a grin.
