The last time he had been bowling had been with Sara and Diane. The thought occurs to him as he heads to the lane, but he tries not to let his expression change because it's not Beverly's fault the last time he'd done with had been with his dead daughter.
"All right," he says, looking at the computerized screen in front of them at their lane. He rubs his hands together and looks over at Beverly, then gestures toward it. "You're up, kid. I still used a typewriter at work back in Hawkins."
